our company
Strive for Greatness Financial Literacy was founded by Tyler Hampton, a Chicago native and graduate of Ohio Dominican University with degrees in Business Management and Insurance Risk Management. After witnessing his parents fall victim to a financial scam due to a lack of financial literacy, Tyler felt that if they had been properly educated, the situation could have been avoided entirely. This realization ignited a passion in him to create a company that would provide accessible, transparent, and empowering financial education. Strive for Greatness was built to ensure that students and families—especially in underserved communities—have the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions, build wealth, and break generational cycles of financial hardship.
